System Message

1) If you are trying to release a judge as "EMAIL" and CLERQS won't allow it because there is no email address listed: Please contact Michel van Eersel BEFORE you release your request in CLERQS.
2) For recommendation requests where judges REQUIRE bundling the LoRs with your application packet by mail or email: Please contact Michel van Eersel BEFORE you release your request in CLERQS.
3) When you need a new letter for judge(s) for whom you previously requested letters: Please close out the old request by "setting the outcome" to 'no offer'.  Then, add the judge to your list again, and release that request for a new term/letter.
